Quality Control
Our staff performs essential quality controls in our own warehouses to verify and ensure that all equipment operates as expected when you receive it. All equipment is checked prior to packing, making sure all components are present, manuals are in the correct language, keyboards, voltage and plugs are correct and software is pre-installed as required. We pay attention to all details to prevent unpleasant surprises upon arrival.
Global Logistics Expertise
We use dependable international forwarders, and together we have a solid track record of delivering goods on time and unscathed to the most remote and challenging areas of the world. All precautions are taken prior to shipment to ensure goods get to destination as scheduled and as ordered, including sturdy packaging for export, clear labeling of boxes, and understanding and complying with customs formalities. We are able to deliver to most destinations using the most frequently used Incoterms as well as DDU and DDP.
Warranty, Service and Local Partners
All the products we offer carry full manufacturers' warranties. Our in-house experts provide technical assistance whenever needed.
Together with our continually growing international network of local partners we offer onsite project evaluation, hardware and software installation,
as well as training, maintenance and support.
